House Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you note the following:

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm

  • Check-out: 11:00 am

  • Minimum age for check-in: 21

  • Minimum stay: Two nights

  • Maximum number of guests per suite:

    • Owl Woman and Cathay Williams: four

    • Maria Dolores Baca: four

    • Mother Jones: four

    • Mae Phelps: two

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival

    • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before arrival

    • No refunds within 72 hours of arrival

  • No refunds for no-shows or early departures

  • No parties or events, except those arranged through the Inn

  • Children aged ten and above are welcome.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

  • Shared spaces are to be enjoyed with consideration for other guests.

 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which help us maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for everyone.

  •  Select balcony areas are reserved for adult use.

  • As a historic home of nearly 120 years, the Inn retains its original character, including features such as creaking floors.

  • The property does not have elevators.
